Welcome to KAWDING. These Terms of Service outline your legal rights, 100% code ownership guarantees, acceptable usage guidelines, and service agreements when utilizing our AI-powered fullstack development environment.
You retain full and unencumbered commercial ownership over all generated PHP, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS source code.
API keys, FTP credentials, and remote database connection strings are encrypted in Supabase and never logged.
Deploy code directly to clients, Hostinger shared servers, VPS, or GitHub without licensing restrictions.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or utilizing the KAWDING AI Web Builder platform ("Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and associated services.
2Code Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full, unrestricted, and exclusive ownership of all code, database schemas, migration files, assets, and project structures generated, edited, or compiled within your workspace. KAWDING and Lushai Dev. claim zero copyright, licensing royalties, or ownership rights over the code produced through your use of our AI copilot and developer environment.
3Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to utilize the Service for unlawful, malicious, or disruptive purposes. Prohibited activities strictly include: (a) generating malicious exploit scripts, ransomware, malware, or phishing tools; (b) attempting to reverse engineer or bypass our rate-limiting systems and bot defenses; (c) launching unauthorized automated brute-force attacks against third-party servers using our integrated terminal; and (d) hosting deceptive or fraudulent applications.
4AI Providers & Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) Policy
When connecting personal AI provider API keys (such as Google Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenAI, or OpenRouter), your credentials are authenticated directly with the designated provider. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms, usage restrictions, and billing fees of each respective third-party provider.
5Live Database & Remote FTP Deployment Responsibility
While KAWDING implements OWASP standards, parameterized PDO prepared statements, and sanitization safeguards, you remain exclusively responsible for executing database migrations, SQL scripts, and FTP uploads against your production or staging hosting infrastructure (such as Hostinger, cPanel, or VPS). You are advised to always maintain independent backups prior to executing schema alterations.
6Subscription Tiers, Quotas & Payments
KAWDING offers Free, Single Developer, Collaborative Team, and Custom Enterprise subscriptions. Quotas (such as concurrent workspace slots and AI daily generation limits) correspond to your active tier. Paid subscriptions processed through UPIGateway (UPI/INR) or PayPal (USD) are billed in accordance with the selected plan. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your tier at any time via your account portal.
7Platform Availability & Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain continuous platform availability. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Temporary downtime may occur due to planned maintenance, telecommunication anomalies, or third-party AI provider outages. Enterprise tiers receive priority SLA response channels.
8Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KAWDING, its authors, and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, deployment anomalies, or third-party provider disruptions.
9Account Termination & Workspace Deletion
You may terminate your account and request complete erasure of your workspace projects and settings at any time through the workspace manager. KAWDING reserves the right to suspend accounts that actively violate security provisions or engage in abusive platform utilization.
10Amendments & Legal Inquiries
